With a background working in the health and the corporate sector I have always been involved with guiding and assisting people in realising their full potential.

In the past, I felt like I was not living the life I deserved and that something was holding me back – something was missing.

I tried to work it out by myself, reading self-help books, attending courses and seminars, booking into several healing modalities and being given differing advice – being sent here and there. This confused me even more. I spent a lot of time and money trying to figure out why I felt the way I did. Whilst I was identifying with what I was reading and learning – nothing was shifting the same old familiar feeling(s).

What I was carrying and holding onto was only growing momentum as each year passed by. I found the courage to seek support and assistance to understand and get to the bottom of what was holding me back. I needed to understand these feelings and why I felt the way I did. What were the negative beliefs that were unconsciously running in the background?

This is where I discovered that we are not always aware of what beliefs we hold onto at an unconscious level. All behaviour, thoughts and feelings have their origins in a belief or truth. So I was never going to shift this by purely reading and attending courses – even though the content was interesting and did resonate – at times.

This led me to become a qualified Transpersonal Counsellor, an Integrated Self-Empowerment Therapist (ISET) and an RTT Hypnotherapist.

I know the feeling so well and I can now show you how to break through the barriers to living your best life.

In the first session, I will help you to get to the underlying belief that is operating in a negative way, whether it be of a physical, behavioural, emotional, or spiritual nature. From there we can map out your desired outcomes. Self-Empowerment Coaching helps bring you from where you are now to where you want to be. Through these new therapeutic modalities, I can assist you to uncover and change your negative belief system behind any behaviour, thought or feeling that is causing you disharmony.

I will be your coach to the end, assist you to set your goals, help you stay on track and together we will navigate through anything that may be interfering with your health and well-being.

Each session is unique to you and is driven by you – I’m solely the facilitator. The power of change is in your hands as you are actively involved in your own healing and transformation process. You are free to express yourself in a trusting, confidential and safe environment. I will support, encourage, and challenge you, as I am committed to you and your goals.

Working through your issues with me is very different from talking to family or friends.

The methodology is highly integrated with a focus on helping you transform without the need for lengthy treatment.

You will find that I am intuitive and come from my own life experiences. I am calm and compassionate, and I will be there with you all the way.

My sessions have been called ‘an uplifting experience’ that will help you change the way you behave, feel, think and respond to life’s experiences.

The focus of ISET is to uncover and change any belief system behind any negative behaviours, feelings, and thoughts that are holding you back in any area of your life. The ideas we create unconsciously about ourselves throughout our childhood, shape who we are, how we feel and how we behave as adults. ISET can change these deep-rooted beliefs. A very safe and gentle process that allows change to be brought about instantly. By changing your thoughts, you change your reality.

RTT

The RTT process is a powerful hybrid method that gets to the root cause of why we may feel stuck. We uncover the negative meaning/interpretation (self-beliefs) from previous life events and then change that meaning/interpretation to ones that are positive and empowering.

These new therapeutic models are very safe and extremely effective methods of helping people change the way they behave, feel, think and respond to life’s experiences.
